The Senior Program Manager is a strategic individual contributor within the Merchandise Enablement organization. This role provides a development opportunity to act as a seamless extension of the organizational leader, enabling the Director of Merchandise Enablement to scale and operate more productively across the organization. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will partner with leaders across Merchandise Enablement and applicable stakeholders — including Merchandising, Operations, and Finance — to influence and drive decisions across multiple channels and banners.

This role supports large-scale, complex projects and programs that can span multiple years, with a focus on building and maintaining mechanisms, strategic planning support, goal management, and OP execution.
