Design and draft MEP layouts, sectional details, plant room drawing and space management plans
Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum
Creating and managing Revit project file for the ACMV system using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan
Generate shop drawings from BIM model
Lead a team of Modellers and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule
Excellent attention to details, final checking of models for accuracy prior to issue making modifications or directing subordinates where required
Attend BIM model co-ordination meetings as required and when required attend meeting via video conference with the project team and report on work process
Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines
