Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior BI Engineer for a leading healthcare technology organization. This role focuses on building and optimizing enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Power BI. The Senior BI Engineer will work across both backend data engineering and frontend reporting, partnering directly with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable insights. This individual will serve as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of modern analytics capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled reporting.

Day-to-Day:
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and datasets
- Build and maintain SQL and Databricks solutions supporting BI use cases
- Translate business questions into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
