The Benefits Experience and Technology Risk team (BXT Risk) is responsible for managing employee benefits risk activities in countries where we do business. As a member of the BXT Risk team, the Senior Benefits Risk and Compliance Manager serves as the strategic architect of our benefits compliance ecosystem, working with US benefits policy, process, and system owners to design, administer, and test the organization's US health and welfare employee benefit programs, while evaluating these programs from a risk and compliance perspective.

This role combines comprehensive benefits compliance management with strategic risk oversight, ensuring seamless, compliant processes that empower our workforce and protect their most essential interests.
