Position Overview

Rishworth is seeking a Senior Base Engineer / Base Manager who will provide engineering leadership, ensure aircraft are delivered on schedule and in a safe manner, and maintain full compliance with NZ CAA regulations and the organisation’s maintenance exposition. The role also involves supporting the growth and development of the engineering team and fostering a strong team culture.

This is a position based in New Zealand which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. 
Job Responsibilities
Work alongside the Base Manager and RTS Engineers to ensure that all maintenance is carried out correctly and in accordance with current OEM and regulatory requirements. 
Engineering oversight on complex tasks and supporting engineers with technical queries to identify and resolve customer defect
