As a Senior Backend Software Engineer you will design, develop, deploy and operate business‑critical features that add value on top of voice. You will evangelise best practices, mentor colleagues and help improve quality, excellence and agility across Engineering. Our services are hosted on AWS and integrate with customers’ core tools such as CRM, Helpdesk and E‑Commerce. Key Responsibilities
Participate in requirements analysis to provide the right technical and business solutions for our customers. Own design, architecture and end‑to‑end delivery of key modules. Write clean, scalable code and test, deploy, update, refactor and debug applications and systems. Deliver high‑quality, secure voice solutions for Aircall clients.
