Position Overview
- Develop project specific work plans and supervise other team members
- Line manager the freelance staff for the project and the CT resources
- Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Implement and supervise Standard Operating Procedures
- Attend site for inspections, meetings as required
- Attend company and departmental meetings as required
- Deputise for other team members as necessary
- Support the sales team in assessing bids and feasibility of a project
- Manage junior personnel and sub-contractors
- Recommend for and assess performance of a freelance database of additional personnel
- Author and undertake training for company personnel and clients
- Understand and abide by site rules and regulations
- Work as part of a team or independently with general contractors & freelance staff
