Position Overview

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Tester / Quality Assurance (ServiceNow)  – Technical professional to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions. This role is responsible for validating technical implementations, configurations, custom developments, integrations, and platform upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements and ServiceNow best practices before production release.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.

Perform functional testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and smoke testing.

Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and best practices, ServiceNow architecture and technical components.
