Work for a manufacturing program supporting existing and new robotic, automated, semi-automated, and measurement systems, with responsibility for manufacturing process development for NPI and continuous process improvement. Leads and develops the team while working closely with the Global Process Engineering (GPE) team to ensure alignment with global standards, document process changes, and drive fixture, program, cycle time, EHS, and cost-of-quality improvements. Ensures accurate process documentation and production control data, including times and routings, and implements productivity and control measures to support manufacturing performance. Actively contributes to Lean initiatives and applies Six Sigma tools to improve process capability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
