Role Summary

Senior Audit Manager is responsible for the execution of audit engagements, including planning, developing the project’s scope, maintaining the budget and timeframes of the project to meet audit requirements, and ensuring department Standards are properly met. The role is a direct report to an Audit Director and is responsible for staff performance management, recruiting and retention of audit team members. The Senior Audit Manager provides input to improve operational efficiency and enhance the design or operating effectiveness of the internal control environment, and provides technical expertise and supervisory work including training new employees, reviewing work, and providing feedback and coaching.
