We are looking for a Senior Audiologist / Senior Engineer to join our R&D Device Optimization (DO) team, covering both the front-end optimization and back-end verification of our hearing aid products. We welcome applications from audiologists with clinical experience as well as acoustic engineers with strong critical listening skills. You will work closely with a small, cross-functional team that combines audiological and engineering knowledge, supporting multiple overlapping hardware projects. This role is well suited to someone who is calm, adaptable, and a good problem solver, and who is keen to contribute to product quality and on-time delivery.
