This position reports to the Operation Project Management Team Lead and interacts with Regional Product, Technology, and Operation teams. The main responsibility covers change management and ensuring quality deliverables within the project timeline. The role will also have the opportunity to participate in DocAI initiatives to reduce manual toil from day-to-day operational activities.
