Introduction

This role is within the newly formed international market team.

Responsibilities

• Sector research: Work closely with sector teams to conduct deep dives across priority sectors and develop robust investment theses. Actively monitor market, regulatory and industry trends impacting key sectors and assess implications for the investment pipeline and existing portfolio.
• Investment: Work with the team to identify, assess and execute investment opportunities across across funds, co‑investments and direct investments. Leading various transaction workstreams including due diligence, financial modelling, drafting of investment papers, co‑ordination of internal approval processes and legal documentation. Monitor the existing investment portfolio by tracking company performance and staying current on industry and regulatory developments.
