Job Summary

Serve as the Owner’s Representative for electrical and control systems, overseeing quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction and handover of a large‑scale wind farm project. The role ensures all electrical works—including cabling, substations, and transmission lines—are executed in accordance with engineering drawings, project specifications, international and local standards, and approved quality plans. Responsibilities include inspection and testing oversight, contractor quality assessment, nonconformance management, document and test package review, and coordination of handover to commissioning. The position also supports contract and grid interface management, monitors progress against schedule, enforces risk and safety requirements, and ensures timely, compliant delivery of the full electrical scope.
