Join RSM as a Senior Associate US Tax, where you will play a critical role in tax preparation and staff development. This position focuses on international tax return reviews and mentoring.

You will leverage your in-depth understanding of tax codes and regulations to prepare detailed reviews of international components of tax returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training to staff while ensuring that client work adheres to scope and budgetary limits, identifying further business opportunities in client services.

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or similar
