Position Summary
The Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the construction sector. The role requires expertise in sourcing niche talent (e.g., project managers, site engineers, QS, safety professionals) and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage full-cycle recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
•Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
•Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks
•Build talent pipelines for critical roles such as civil engineers, MEP specialists, project planners, and site supervisors
