Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate with experience in insurance and reinsurance claims, preferably within Aviation litigation, to join our Singapore office. The Aviation team specialises in dispute resolution in single and cross‑border litigation, complex and high‑value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high number of varied cases, ideally concerning aviation or shipping liability matters.
• Apply International Aviation Conventions, principally the Montreal Convention, and/or insurance/reinsurance coverage disputes (ideally acting for (re)insurers).
• Work to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
• Build relationships with clients, including insureds, insurance brokers and insurers.
• Manage and handle low‑value cases with minimal supervision.
• Apply Civil Procedural Rules, ideally of England and Wales.
