The Senior Associate in workforce strategy develops workforce planning strategies, talent acquisition, development, and retention programmes, and provides strategic consulting to optimise workforce and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to analyse workforce trends and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Design and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention programmes aligned with business objectives.
- Advise on reward strategy, including executive remuneration, benchmarking of directors' fees, and compensation & benefits solutions.
