Position Overview

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its well-established Commercial Property / Real Estate team in Edinburgh. The role offers the opportunity to work on market‑leading Scottish real estate transactions for a diverse client base, including UK and international investors, institutions, and funds.
This position involves a high level of responsibility, exposure to complex cross-border matters, and the chance to run transactions independently while working closely with partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on high-value sales and acquisitions of investment property across Scotland
Act for private equity, institutional and overseas investors on complex property transactions
Deliver asset management work, including lettings, lease re-gears, variations, and related documentation
Advise on retail, commercial, and mixed-use assets, including shopping centres and retail parks
