Job Description
This role is part of the Inventory team to manage the stock allocation to all our stores format, plan for stock take and obtain approval on stock take results with your investigation.
The incumbent is responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure optimal inventory level in our Warehouses, and he/she is expected to:
Work together as a team of inventory planners to achieve Service Level and Costing KPI and solving operational issues. Liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and various other stakeholders, including coordinating the delivery with suppliers and distribution centres. Handle all matters relating to inventory such as clearance of short shelf life and aging stocks, rectify stocks issues, process allocation to stores, compile inventory-related reports as well as advise on any inventory-related enquiries (out of stock queries, offer stock, etc).
