**Position Overview:**

The Senior Associate – Digital Platforms & Client Experience will play a key role in advancing the digital experience for Neuberger Wealth clients. This role centers on identifying and implementing client-centric enhancements to the client portal and mobile app, supporting seamless and efficient digital interactions. Additional responsibilities include client service data analysis in support of Neuberger wealth teams, driving the evolution of client reporting solutions, and managing the distribution of client communications.
