Job Description
This role is initially structured as a 12 month contract. Reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation Finance, you will support the financial management, reporting, and compliance of SLC’s Management Equity Plan (MEP). This role is highly visible and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communication across SLC’s legal entities and ownership structures.
What you will do
- Collaborate with HR business partners and external vendors to design, develop, and implement an integrated MEP administration tool.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to assess and manage accounting implications of MEP.
- Collaborate with Finance and technology teams to design and deliver optimized processes for quarterly MEP reporting and participant wire execution.
