Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing EHS policies, ensuring compliance, monitoring safety performance, and driving a safe work culture across projects in India.
The role requires frequent site travel and close coordination with regional / site teams.

Planning & Implementation:
Lead corporate / site EHS audits, reviews, and compliance checks. Monitor incidents, trends, and performance via Raksha portal. Conduct site visits (18–20 days / month) for assessments and walk-downs. Deliver training on HIRA, JSA, SOPs, and critical activities (WAH, lifting, confined space etc.).
