The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Associate to join our collegiate and highly successful Corporate M&A team, working closely with leading partner . This is a rewarding role for an ambitious lawyer to work on some of the largest and most high profile corporate and private equity fund deals in the current market; collaborate with global clients, and develop your brand and practice under the mentorship of David and other senior practitioners.

You will act for both public and private sector clients primarily in the infrastructure, real estate, bio-tech, data storage and transport sectors. David's clients represent the 'who's who' of global investors from the USA, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada and Germany. Clients include Blackstone, J.P. Morgan, Mitsui Fudosan, NSW Government, Morgan Stanley, Invesco and Realterm.
