Are you passionate about driving strategic growth and making an impact at the highest levels? As a Senior Associate on Humana's Corporate Development and Venture Capital team, you will be responsible for leading deal execution from end to end. This includes managing the due diligence process, and liaising with third-party advisors, such as law firms, investment banks, consultancy, and accounting firms. Additionally, you will ensure the transaction process runs smoothly through to completion. You will identify, research, analyze, make recommendations and negotiate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to support the organization's growth objectives.
