About The Role

We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to join us in London. You will join our Legal team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, and provide practical legal support for EquiLend’s sales contracting activity across its global operations. This role will focus on complex financial SaaS, data and technology‑related sales contracts, supporting commercial negotiations while helping the business manage legal risk clearly and effectively.

You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance and RevOps, including teams in the UK, US and Asia. This is a broad role suited to a qualified lawyer who can manage competing priorities, work with autonomy and give clear, commercially aware advice on complex and sometimes time‑sensitive matters.
