**What You'll Do**
The **Senior Associate, Client Operations Analyst** supports day-to-day client service activities by coordinating workflow, maintaining process documentation, preparing reporting, and responding to research requests. This role works with Client Service Managers and internal partners to support accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery for assigned clients.
+ Support daily workflow: Supports daily work for assigned clients by tracking deliverables, organizing priorities, and escalating issues or exceptions as needed to help ensure timely service.
+ Maintain process documentation: Assists with developing and updating client-specific process documentation to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and adherence to established requirements.
