POSITION INFO:
A highly regarded and well-established law firm based in the heart of Cape Town is urgently seeking to appoint a strong and commercially minded Senior Associate to join its Commercial Litigation team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney
• Minimum 3 years’ post-admission Commercial Litigation experience
• Right of Appearance in the High Court is essential
• Proven ability to manage litigation matters independently without supervision
• Strong drafting, court appearance, and litigation strategy experience
• Commercial Litigation experience is essential
• Exposure to Civil and/or Insurance Litigation will be advantageous
• Confident, driven, and professionally presented
