Key Responsibilities Translational research projects leadership & portfolio management - Provide overarching leadership and coordination across all research projects
- Maintain a high‑level view of all projects (academic and industry), ensuring alignment with programme strategy, scientific priorities, and institutional goals
- Work closely with PIs and scientific leads to translate scientific objectives into operational plans and trackable milestones
- Facilitate cross‑project integration, ensuring that findings, resources, and processes flow cohesively across the research portfolio
