(What the role is) The incumbent leads a team in Anticipatory Operations Centre and is responsible for real-time situational monitoring, early detection of emerging enforcement and rehabilitation trends, and rapid coordination of follow-up actions within HSA and partner agencies. The incumbent oversees daily data inputs, case anomaly verification, and provides early-warning insights to support escalation decisions and operational preparedness across all case management tracks. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst coordinating with multiple ministries, statutory boards, and external agencies to ensure seamless operational alignment and timely reporting to Senior Management.
