They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a focus on technical detailing and building regulations. 
Your new role
 As an Architectural Technician, you will be required to: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Ensure all projectsply with building regulations and health and safety standards.
Provide technical advice to the project team and clients.
Attend site meetings and carry out inspections.
