Position Overview
Responsibilities - Coordinate with other disciplines (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings
- Check all drawings and prepare RFIs for all discrepancies
- Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval
- Coordinate with VDC/BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue
- Prepare work method of statement for submission
- Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works
- Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO
- Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision
- To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
