Overview

Opportunity for a Senior/Associate level Architect with a background within the Healthcare and Science sectors to join a growing, London based multidisciplinary practice. The practice is 70 strong with a growing healthcare team (currently 15 people) working on acute, primary and mental healthcare projects ranging from £1m to £25m.

Responsibilities

Coming into the practice as an Associate, you will have at least 5 years PQE (ARB or RIBA registered) and a proven background in the relevant sectors. Reporting directly to the Directors you will be responsible for running multiple projects from initial briefing through construction to handover. Knowledge of health building notes, health technical memoranda and building regulations is essential.
