**Job Summary:**

Support the development of the Flow Controls business in the key industries in Europe through the active involvement in analyzing, setting successful growth plans and executing the strategy.

Gain expertise in major applications and support the Sales tender process selecting the most suitable and optimized technical solutions for Projects and KOB3 opportunities.

**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.1 **Understand Market Dynamics & requirements**

+ Work with sales countries, Project pursuit team, KOB3 Directors, etc. to identify business opportunities, leveraging also the SDSE Helpdesk requests.
+ Understand and communicate to the organization the requirements from the product, price and lead time point of view, to enter the market.
+ Identify the technical requirements to comply with a certain application, industry segment or licensor and share with the Product BU, Factory and rest of the organization.
