Position Overview
**_What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ Minimum of 2 years solid experience in Workforce (Real Time Analysis)
+ Scheduling and Forecasting background required for External Candidates
+ Strong communication skills
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Proficient in AWS, Verint and Genesys Cloud.
+ Proficient in handling Tableau (required)
+ Alteryx and Power BI experience preferred
+ Willing to work US hours
