Lead the efficient and effective running of the Business Excellence section. Research, analyze and implant a culture of business excellence in the organization. Responsible for development and implementation of business excellence models as per benchmarks. Assist the company management to create a culture that supports disciplined and systematic process management; data-driven decision making; continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectives. Identify projects and implement improvement initiatives using techniques that results in faster, better, optimal services. Interact with company leadership team to carry out duties in compliance with all regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures and established Excellence models.
