Senior Analyst- Reporting & Business Insights First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) – one of the UAE’s largest banks. We’re seeking a senior analyst to provide insightful reporting on system health, performance, and incidents to drive data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities - Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights through structured reporting on system health, performance, availability, and incidents.
- Translate technical observability data into meaningful reports and dashboards for IT leadership, operations, and business decision‑making.
- Measure key reliability and operational metrics (MTTR, MTTD, uptime, SLA/SLO compliance) and provide performance transparency.
- Support a data‑driven culture of continuous improvement by surfacing trends, anomalies, and recurring issues.
