Responsibilities

Preparing a detailed project plan with key project milestones, workstreams & activities, managing delivery of the project according to this plan.Tracking project progress and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.Preparing weekly and monthly project reports to stakeholders, reporting to internal management or senior stakeholders on projectβs progress.Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.Identifying and mitigating potential risks.Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.Manage external vendors and/or internal resources towards the successful completion of projectsSetting up project meetings with multiple vendors and facilitate project objective, and scope discussions.Defining resource ...
