Analyze port call data, turnaround performance, vendor metrics, and operational KPIs across global ports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, supporting contract negotiations and planning efforts.Support itinerary planning, port feasibility, and safety studies through data modeling and scenario analysis; assist with port assessments, berth utilization, and operational flow optimization to enhance turnaround efficiency and guest satisfaction.Liaise with Port Services to ensure operational visibility into vendor services, port fees, shore tenders, shuttles, and ancillary costs, while supporting annual budget planning and long-range forecasting.Generate and share reports on operational trends (by region, provider, and performance) to support informed decision-making and service optimization across port operations.Tr...
