This is an opportunity for you to shape the future of Partners Group’s European mid-market direct lending strategy through the sourcing, due diligence and execution of investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
Investment due diligence including review of diligence reports, interviewing industry experts and attending management meetingsFinancial analysis including detailed LBO modelling and scenario testingPreparation of investment memoranda and participation in Investment Committee discussionsPortfolio management activities including monitoring of portfolio asset performance and assessing waiver and amendment requestsAssist senior investment team members in building relationships with sponsors and other external parties
