Position Overview
Lead the charge in enhancing employee benefits as a Senior Analyst at Lightspeed. You’ll design and implement effective retirement and benefits programs across Canada and the U.S. for optimal employee satisfaction.
This position is pivotal within the People and Culture team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Benefits. You will ensure our benefits programs are in sync with business strategies while enhancing the employee experience at Lightspeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage benefits aligned with global strategy
• Oversee the annual benefits renewal cycle
• Select and manage benefits vendors efficiently
• Improve leave management processes across North America
• Collaborate with HR to enhance data flow
