:Manage process related queries;
Escalate and resolve process related issues to the onshore team in a timely manner
Analyse and measure the cases processed and report ways to improve accuracy;
Identify any change in the process, conduct impact assessment and document the information;
Identify gaps in the process and implement improvements plans;
Liaise with trainers for transition and prepare process manuals;
Ensure the achievement and maintenance of competence as required by the companyβs training and competence (T&C) scheme;
