Execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics. Leverage Munchkin V2 tracking to retain anonymous engagement data and enhance lead scoring accuracy. Set up, refine, and manage lead scoring models using merged activity datasets for targeted campaigns. Build automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis using behavioural data. Manage campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integrations within Marketo. Ensure accurate and timely lead routing and assignment logic in Salesforce.
