Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Accounting Consulting & Transformation Manager, the Accounting Analyst will take on an assignment within the TFS Accounting & Tax organization to gain broad exposure and knowledge in a key functional area. The assignment will be primarily based on TFS business needs, which may allow for an opportunity for multiple assignments. The first assignment will be with the SOX Program Management Office (SOX PMO). The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for execution of the annual SOX audit, planning and SOX strategy, deficiency identification and remediation, and special projects. Additional responsibilities will include performing scoping, assisting with control design/implementation, coordinating walkthroughs and testing requests, leading the quarterly sub-certification process, and communicating status to various levels of the organization.
