Ciena is seeking a Senior Analog RF Engineer to innovate in broadband amplifier design and mixed-signal simulations. Use your RF circuit expertise to support telecommunications advancements.
In this senior role, you will develop broadband RF drivers and transimpedance amplifiers for Ciena’s pioneering WaveLogic programs. Your experience in BiCMOS technology and high-speed RF circuit design will be critical in successfully executing lab tests and simulations. Collaboration with layout resources and effective communication with your team will enhance project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop RF drivers and TIAs in BiCMOS
• Implement design layouts using Cadence tools
• Perform simulations using Cadence Virtuoso and AMS
• Execute lab testing for debug and verification
• Prepare and present technical reports at group meetings
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience
