Position Overview
What success looks like in this role:
Rapidly converting ideas, business problems, and hypotheses into working demonstrations & PoCs Designing, building, and orchestrating Agentic AI systems, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and goal execution. Leading the design and development of Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks. Working with Scrum/Agile teams to develop rapid prototypes and work toward scalable enterprise solutions. Evaluating, selecting, and integrating AI frameworks, agent orchestration tools, and model providers relevant to agentic and generative AI development. Staying current on LLMs, agent architectures, reasoning, memory, and AI best practices.
