About the Role
Lead Squared is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered capabilities across our CRM and marketing automation platform. You will work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering — translating complex AI/ML capabilities into products that customers love.
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on product strategy, requiring you to partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to take features from 0→1 and beyond.
What You'll Own
Define and own the AI product roadmap in alignment with Lead Squared's core platform — spanning lead scoring, AI-assisted outreach, conversation intelligence, and workflow automation.
Partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to take features from concept to launch and iterate post-launch.
Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and usage analytics to prioritize the highest-impact bets.
