The Natixis Senior Agile Coach has several roles (facilitator, trainer, mentor, consultant, coach...) that we use to accompany teams. Is an Agile expert, an expert in product development and organizations. The Natixis Agile Coach focuses on people, their interactions and relationships.

The Natixis Agile Coach is:

*Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change.

*Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values.

*Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning.

*Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field.

*Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus.
