Must-Have Experience

• LLM Orchestration & Agents: Proven track record of designing and deploying AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph (preferred) or LangChain (beyond basic demos)
• Python Mastery: Strong Python skills for core development and implementation
• Tool Integration: Experience with tool calling, function routing, and handling retries in AI workflows
• Multi-Step Planning: Ability to build agents that can plan and execute complex tasks
• TypeScript Familiarity: Some experience with TypeScript for tooling and integration work
