Provide (in coordination with the Group Legal Counsel) legal advice and support to the departments within the Company and Group
Advise management on legal, regulatory, insurance and compliance matters affecting the Company’s operations and take care for adherence/fulfilment after having received alignment with the management and/or the Group Legal Counsel.
Contracts and Documentation
Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts, agreements, correspondence and other legal documents to safeguard the interests of the Company, taking into account internal guidelines.
Review and analyse commercial transactions to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Ensure all legal documents are properly vetted, approved and executed in accordance with internal policies.
